COVID-19 NEWS AND UPDATES
Due to the current worldwide pandemic, we are experiencing delays to our shipping services. All delivery timeframes are NOT a guarantee.
Mamili the label ships within Europa and to most international locations.
All orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. Except for pre orders, pre order shipping information is mentioned at the product page.
All orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL. You will be notified by email or text message when your items have left our hands. Once the mail carrier have your items, it is their responsibility to get your items to you on time. If you have not received your items anywhere from 3-14 business days, please contact PostNL or DHL for further details.
Mamili the label will not be held responsible if you give the wrong shipping details or if your items are delayed by the shipping company.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €70, for shipping within the Netherlands only.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All sale items are also non refundable/exchangeable - orders are final.

How do I return an item?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending any returns to see if you are eligible for a return/refund. Customers are responsible for any return costs. Please note that it is always necessary to have received the order prior to requesting a refund. Therefore, use a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit, and if you do not have tracking or insurance you are liable and will not qualify for the refund. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will notify you once your return is processed.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however if you have received your item and you're unhappy with the quality or you have discovered a fault, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item's and we can organise a refund with the return of the item's at your own expense.
Please understand once the product has been washed, we cannot accept the garment to be refunded or exchanged:
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, without tags, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
* Any item that have been discounted or are on sale, this includes discount codes.
* Unfortunately we don’t accept refunds on pre-ordered items.
We are more than happy to exchange items within 14 days of your purchase if the size is incorrect. Any extra shipping costs will also need to be covered at your own expense. However to avoid exchanges happening, we suggest checking the measurements of the clothing before you purchase. Basic measurements are found in the body description of each item. If you would like further measurement details, you're welcome to email us, we will be more than happy to help.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, we will email you to notify you that we have received and approved/rejected the returned item for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and we will refund to the original form of payment within 30 days. Items returned after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-commerce credit to our store.
How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?
We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you exchange or return the item. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.
Once we received your email within 7 days of receiving your item's we will send you our return address.
We will notify you once your return is processed.
